What is wrong with telkom???

I have been having major problems with telkom. Our countrys leading telecommunications service.

I have signed up for an internet package and was told it is a 2 mbps speed. Unfortunately telkoms 2mbps speed cant even load up google at times. You tube videos takes hours to play. Loading images takes oh so long.

After numerous calls to telkom... waiting so long to get my call answered I am then transferred to different departments with no help at all and I keep getting hanged up. Its really ironic that telkom asks for your number but then never call you back after they hang up on you.

Another complaint is... when I did sign up for my internet package I was promised a free modem. I was told that I will receive a message where to pick it up from... almost a month gone by and I am still waiting.

This is my second complaint on hello peter with regards to telkom.

My previous internet provider was mweb... I so regret leaving mweb and signing up with telkom. Mweb may be a few pennys xtra but their servies are spot on.

Telkom servises... the call centre... wait for hours to be hanged up... the technical department are too lazy to assist you.
