What an Absolute waste of time!!!

What an Absolute waste of time!!!

Attempting to call customer service to see what the was done with my airtime, only for the consultant who could be of NO HELP.

I was supposed to be on per second billing, surprise surprise I AM NOT. No communication of any change of any sort. The consultant had the most poor customer service skills i.e. understanding, compassion and a quick resolution to the problem at hand.

All she could tell me was what she couldn't do! How is that customer service? Could not provide information as to how this airtime was exactly spent??? How is this even possible???

So over CELL C Call center!!! Wish I could speak to one person who can actually deliver customer satisfaction.
