So firstly, you call the Customer Care line, they ask for your cell number, but the moment you speak to a consultant they ask you for your cell number again. Such a waste of time.

I have now officially called Vodacom 8 times to sort out my account. Such unprofessional service. So my account was locked due to it reaching 70% of some credit limit (for a June bill), no warning of any sort, I call Vodacom this past Friday to find out whats wrong, and they tell me, I then go onto paying R2000 into the account on monday morning. I call Vodacom for them to reactivate which the consultant tells me is done, I just need to restart my devices.
So all of Monday the account is fine and the lines work, suddenly aroung8 on Monday evening it all stops again. I call Vodacom and they say I need to speak to their account department which is obviously not available at that hour. I then call first thing this morning (4 times already) i first speak to a call center person who then puts me through to account, I have to give all my information evey time. About 6 security questions only to then be put through to acquaitions who need to open my account but everythime get cut off. i cant anymore.
