No call backs

So this is the second time cell c customer service told me they will call me back, but no call, when its their fualt they bill m y airtime for downloads when I have and when I got no airtime they use my data and tell me, o certain sites use airtime really then why can I download when I have no atime? cos you guys took all my airtime! UNFAIR!!! Can't wait for this contract to be over the worst service ever will never use. CELL C AGAIN! The last time this happened I was told it was a technical error so what is it now? Worst experiance ever!!! Don't bother to call me with your BS stories if you not giving my airtime! Don't waste my time!!! network
What happend to the customers always rite? And I just stopped 3 of my friends from opening contracts with you so they don't have to deal with this!! N I still have to deal with this network don't even have covarege
