Unexplained Airtime Deductions

I loaded a R10 Cell C airtime on 24th April 2013, to my surprise suddenly R2.30c disappeared from my airtime without any calls made. I rang customer care and they told me that the R1.50c had been deducted by the CODE 1980 but couldn't figure out what company the code represented. I have no known subscriptions on this line what soever, prior to this, my girlfriend has been complaining about repeated unexplained airtime deduction, I thought at first that being a woman, she had subscribed to something unknowingly, had called customer care to inform them of the problem but like in my case, they also couldn't explain why this was happening.
I'm now making a double request that Cell C looks into the matter as urgent as possible. the cell phone numbers concerned have been listed. Please sort out this mess if you really value the little we spend being your customers.
