Please please help

Applied for a contract at mtn..it was approved no one informed me i had to go to store..they told me they just waiting for the tablets week has passed they not calling me i have to call them... they keep on sayin they orderd it... called again monday they said wednesday... i called this morning still nothing.i dont hav a phone i need my tablets please help how long do i still have to wait... this is bad service its almost been two weeks
