I was told 16GB tablet but

Saturday I went to dion wired to buy 2 samsung tablets for my children. A lady helped me and told me that this tablet is on special, I asked what's the memory and she said its 16gb. I said ok can I have 2 of these? She called another guy and told him that the customer wants 2 of these tablets. I again asked the guy what's the memory? He replied 16gb. I said its fine pls bring me 2. He went to the store room and came back with 2 tablets in his hands. While I was walking with him towards the pay point I saw on the box 8gb. I asked the guy it's 8gb and you told me it's 16gb? His looked at the box and said well we only have these 1s on the price I told you. I said but initially you sold me 16gb n now you selling me 8gb? He said you can speak to my manager. I spoke to the sales manager and she said that the guy made mistake & all I can say is "Sorry". I said but ur sorry doesn't gives me my 8gb? She said if I want I can talk to store manager, but he is not here today and I can only get an answer on Monday. I told her that I'm buying it as my children waiting for the present but will u speak 2 Ur manager? She said ill phone u. When I phone her on Monday she said manager said "no"
