Did not recieve product end money were taken

About three months ago. I were phoned and asked if I were interested in a tablet for a monthly amount of R399 a month.
I were interested. I were phoned by the delivery company and on the day my delivery were at my house to deliver my proof
Of adress were not accepted. I was told that I could just make an affidavit and that it would be accepted.
I did not receive my product. Three times I were phoned and told that my product would be delivered but nothing happened and no
Delivery. End of May the monthly amount were deducted from my salery and I did not receive my product. I contacted weava cell and told
The lady what happenned and I were told that it wil be sorted and I wil be contacted
But up until today no one contacted me. I want to cancel the contrtact and want my money back that were taken I want my money back before or on the 18 of July 2013
Or I wil open a case of and against the company.
