One week and still no product delivery

Hi,
I want to express my disappointed at Afrihost for not being able to deliver a product I ordered. I ordered a 1O gig SIM on the 04th September but to date I have received no correspondence or update. The worst part is I referred my girlfriend for this service and I convinced her to sign up as the service is good. unfortunately I was wrong. I emailed Afrihost to ask how they expect me to use 10 gigs by the end of the month if they take over a week to deliver. Not only am I waiting but so is my girlfriend who is really annoyed at the fact that I told her to sign up and now we both sitting with no internet since we both cancelled our previous providers. Do yourselves a favour don't take up the offer unless you know the company can deliver on their products and not just apologize for mistakes or lack of service.
