Call Centre give false information

I am very disappointed. I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for a long time, and the way the call centre have been treated me the last couple of weeks, really blows a bad name onto Vodacom.
I took out a contract, and stupid of me, didnt pay attention to the amount I was signing up for. But I was happy with my phone.
When the first payment order went off, I noticed it was RX amount. I phoned the Call Centre, and spoke to Kelsie on the 2nd of September, to query this amount. She confirmed that it was the right amount for my new contract. The reference number for that call is 308750982.

When my second payment, the one for October went off, there was all of a sudden an extra handset charge of R300 more. I initially expected a higher than RX amount, but not that much higher. And being confirmed by Kelsie, the extra amount is unacceptable.

Now every time I need to speak to someone, I must speak to different person and no one wants to transfer me to the person I spoke initially. Everytime I explain the whole story from the start, I get different outcomes. I am very disappointed, and need someone with authority to help me.
