After phoning Telkom in Septemeber 2013, to relocate my residential line, they installed an EXTRA line under my name, instead

I have received a bill, end October 2013, stating that there are two lines I need to pay for. I have phoned several times trying to explain that it is not an EXTRA line I applied for, but a relocation of my existing line. On my bill I now must pay for two lines, which the one does not exist anymore, if you dial the number, which was cut off a few days before month end, in September already!!

It is now the second month and STILL the bill me for the line, that does not exist anymore.

I am fed up with TELKOM as this is getting ridiculous, and now one has phoned me back!!
