I am totally frustrated with 8ta / Telkom Mobile!! Its seems they are trying to gain all S.A cell users, but with NO after sales!! 8ta offer diverse products, but when you have questions the 180 call centre dont have answers most of the time, and you are placed on hold, while the find out. Then you are refer to an 8ta store!! When you go to the 8ta stores, they dont have a clue what your talking about, and need to call the 180 call centre!! While waiting in store, the store and call centre will start to argue why the store was not trained to do the request!! Long story short: I was refered by 180 to Kolonnade shopping centre's 8ta store, as I wanted to "Migrate" my Old "Contract 1 to "Smart Plan 100" ( 081 576 1663) firstly 180 and the store did not know the difference between "MIGRATE" and "UPGRADE"!!! Its been more than a month, and nothing was done!! I took all my paperwork to the Kolonnade store. Can and When will it be done?? Must I Beg or Bribe to be done?? I need a call from Supervisor so this issue can be resolved once and for all!! Raymund-0832084462
