Please can you provide me with a contact person or can you contact me to provide me with telephonic detail. Four months for customer care is ridiculous.

Its now easier to now use MTN at R49 for weekly one day uncapped and use free 8TA google service over subscribing to costly large 8ta data contracts that cant deliver consistent data coverage despite the use of a "mini tower".. The MTN data yields about R15GB/day or 60GB/month for R49 versus R199 for 10 GB on 8ta for a month for private use.

For commercial use the lack of broad band speed makes ADSL a better solution.

Are you going to service me as a customer needing service privately and commercially or do I resign to the fact that service is not existent and do I need to send all the past evidence of below par service to the Consumer Protector?

Please advise if a four month turnaround time where the consumer pays is reasonable.
Please answer the questions and do not provide a generic response saying nothing.

Are you going to provide a YAGI or not?

Are you going to look at the wasted data or not and look at refunds for the lack of re
