No calling limits on MTN?!

I have a second contract on my name which is in use by another person. I called MTN to ask to set a limit as the usage has been quite high and it isnt possible for me to monitor or control.

I was told that MTN do not offer this service anymore?

That's possibly the most stupid decision a company has made in some time. MTN, you can offer explanations and reasons for removing this value-added service but I dont care and will never bother trying to understand because to me its just a greedy money-making ploy.

So onus in "my hands", but not actually because another person uses the phone? Dont try tell me I must get the other person to control the bill because that is a pathetic response.

So if someone steals the phone and I dont know about it they could just totally abuse the phone till its cut?

I want this service enabled or some similar feature, now!
