Well here we are again. Clearly you take no pride in your brand. I have never experienced such arrogance and no care attitude then with cell c. Once again a debit went off on Saturday FOR 1750 IN TOTAL. WHAT THE HECK. I want to be phoned today and somebody better phone me. I have been patient and patient but you have not kept your side of all the that you will get back to me. I am furious. I do not mistreat your staff ever i ever get in touch with one, and you expect a person to keep calm. I did not have this issue with Vodacom. With Cell C its been down hill for two years and now we heading faster into a WALL.
I AM A CLIENT AND DESERVE PROPER FEEDBACK AND A PERSON TO GET BACK TO ME. These empty promises are getting lame. The only response you ever reply with is someone will get back to you. but no one ever does, doesnt help you also making false promises and have no control over your employees what so ever. It is there job to assist clients. You keep taking extra money, i still dont have itemised billing, i still dont have the breakdown of costs, why are my data costs so high if i use WIFI, still cant blacklist my other phone and still cant get proper feedback. USELESS
