I have complained to cell c customer service about my problem with their consultant who gave me wrongful information when I went to upgrade my contract from Control chat as I wanted a contract that will limit my calls but to my surprise I was told that cell c does not offer it's contract clients that kind of offer, the consultant did not bother to explain that the upgrade was an open line and that after a certain amount my phone will be suspended FURTHERMORE he added the BES without my knowledge. I upgraded my contract on the 25th June and on the 9th July I received an sms advising me that my line has been suspended due to high usage and that I owed cell c 900 and something that I have to pay to have my line re-instated. I complained about this but their incompetent consultants just respond without addressing my issues. The last complaint I made to cell c was on the 14th July and to this day no one has bothered to revert back to me. One of my biggest issues is that their consultants give wrongful information and nothing gets done about it.
