Promises, promises

I refer to my 2 previous complaints of 11Sept and 17 Sept. 2013. Cell C keep taking my money but dont offer ANY service. They take money from my account for a contract that doesnt excist anymore. They promise refunds but dont pay up. They promise to contact me as soon as possible but they most probably dont have airtime to call me. What type of Mickey Mouse company is this? Take from the poor and stuff their own pockets?
I dare the person who told me that someone would contact me, would just pick up a phone and call me., so i can give him a piece of my mind. I will complain EVERY 5 days and i will tell all my friends and contacts not to do business with this company. I will carry on TILL u take me to court. I have copies of EVERY piece of correspondence in my possession and i have witnesses as well. Care to take up the challenge?
