Technicians unable to repair my mobile phone

I have a blackberry 9790 on contract.
It started malfunctioning (switching on and off by itself etc), I took in for repairs and collected it after I received the respective notification.
Not long after that, my mobile phone malfunctioned again, I took it in for repairs for the second time.
I wrote an email to Cell C, advising them to rather replace my phone as they are unable to repair it.
They responded as thus "Please be advised that your phone has been received in repairs and its escalated and a swap requested and prioritized". (Subject:359202047100960)
I collected my phone again after notification, it had been repaired not replaced, within two days, it started malfunctioning again.
I am now also unable to retrieve my BBM contacts, the phone is also showing other error messages such as, "Uncaught exception: java.lang. NullPointerException".
I was also not offered a courtesy phone whilst my mobile phone was in for repairs on both accounts, considering that they take at least four weeks for the whole process.
I also took out a second contract (Samsung phone), I will cancel this second contract if I can.
In short, to say that I am an unhappy client, would be an under statement
