UPGRADE OF CONTRACT BUT NO PHONES AVAILABLE

Me and my wife and I went to upgrade our contracts to a MTN ANYTIME 350 Samsung Galaxy SIII. The consultant told me that they are out of stock, and suggest that i must take the Samsung Galaxy S4 what is more expensive. The consultant told me that she must order it, and that I can collect it. She will contact me within 48 hours to come and collect the phones. Yesterday day contact me and said the phones is also out of stock and suggest that I must take the Samsung Galaxy note 3 phone what is more expensive. My problem is that they advertise it in there brochure for specials that is available and when we went to get the special I must take something more expensive. The brochure is for specials from 1 - 15 October and nothing is available what we want.
