This is the 4th time i am complaining about the poor and non existent level of "Customer Service" that Cell C does not have.
I sent an email again on the 2nd of October informing them that they are not billing me correctly and are in fact over billing me. They simply IGNORE ANY client requests and i receive not read receipts from their Customer Service Division. What kind of operation do you run and who do you have employed as it is clear that your staff are as "good" as the the example you set as a firm as they lead by example.

Ive made simple requests and they to date have not called me or made contact with me in order to resolve my complaint. I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO BILL ME ON WHATEVER AMOUNT YOU SEE FIT, as it is clear you have no idea on what CPA is all about and YOU are in breach of everything the CPA stands for.

They bill me at random dates, and with random amounts which is NOT ito the signed agreement for ana mount of R130 pm as per my contracts.

Sort it out, or you will be reported to the CPA.
