Poor Customer Service Level

Since the date of the initial complaint to Cell C i have had no joy pertaining to the settlement figure requested. Only an email today informing me that they made but one attempt to contact me. I was in a meeting and no one bothered leaving a message. Seriously Cell C you should send your people for training on Customer Service and Etiquette.
