Cell C

For the last 4 weeks ive been getting smses from cell c saying that i am in arrears and my account will be suspended, that is totally ridiculous considering that i went to cell c in canal walk to upgrade and setup a debit order which they did and the money is getting deducted on the 26th of every month. Yesterday 05/08/2013 at about 4pm my account was suspended and i called cell c and a lady by the name Carol helped me activate my account and said she cant see any arrears and dont know why my account is suspended because the money did get debited on the 26th as i stated they should do. Now i am still getting the smses that i am in arrears and now my account is suspended again. This is totally ridiculous and now i need to call to Cell C again and stay on the phone for almost a hour again. Nobody in cell c looks at the inconvenience they cause and just reactivates the service whenever we complain instead of compensating us when they at fault
