Since 1st October 2013 our Company realised that we are not receiving some emails and that our outgoing mails also do not reach the intended destinations. I have contacted Mweb's technical support 3 times and every time no solution was offered and Telkom was blamed for poor line quality.

It is nearly a week later and our company is still struggling with emails. I had to open a Hotmail account for correspondence with clients in the meantime.

This is totally unacceptable!
