DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

It is unbelievable how such a big company does not care about there customers. I have constantly contacted Telkom ample times since the beginning of January to get three things fixed and the attitude of the call centre agents is dispicable!!! I have never in my life had to deal with such people. I have had the phone put down in my ear and their agents do not help. I have called regarding 3 areas of difference and when the technicians arrive inform me that is a different area and need to log another call. THIS IS NONSENSE!!! I am being charged R800 - per call out for them to tell me its not there area!! I am such angry at this very moment I feel like moving my entire business lines to another company that will actually work when they are required to!! I have a Telkom line hanging right through the middle of my yard which is a safety hazard for my customers. I expected this to get sorted as soon as I logged the call but no telkom is obviously too busy for their clients. This is DISGRACEFUL!!!
