What a good call centre agent

After being on the phone for almost 2 hours with 3 different agents and trying to sort out my adsl and wifi Micheal is the only one that really helped me and took the time to call me back and set up everything and was very kind and helpful. He helped me sort out my problem within 20 minutes that took other agents much longer to do and was so kind. He is a real asset to your company and should be rewarded for his kindness, help and friendliness... Thank you Micheal Fuyane you are a gem.
