I have a tablet with a cell c contract for 500mb data. About three months ago I get billed a extra R94. I phoned and tried to find out where this comes from as I have a fixed amount for R 384. I did not pay this with my subscription as I was busy sorting it out. Without getting this problem resolved Mweb blacklisted my husband as slow paper which force us to pay it. Eventually I was told that I subscribed to these monthly sms which I still can not understand as I don't have airtime but only data bundle on my contract but never the less I cancelled this. I get billed two months ago again for an extra amount. I pay this amount to avoid to be blacklisted again. Cell C statements has been requested for the last 3 months which shows no extra charges. I have been talking to different people trying to get this resolved but to date nothing has been resolved. We cancelled our ADSL which was also through Mweb due to their billing department messing up this account as well. Please Mweb get your accounts department up to standard.
