MWeb does it again!!!

This matter is still not resolved. on the 22 Feb I paid the said amount over and cancelled the contract. I received written confirmation that the account was up to date till the end of Feb and the contract now cancelled., No further monies owed. This was confirmed by Victoria Benjamin. Only to get an SMS on the 9th April reading: MWEB ACCOUNTS: Due to non-payment, your account will be listed with the credit bureau.

I immediately e-mailed Victoria to ask her what the heck is happening and till now have not received any reponse from them. I mean really???

Does Mweb know what the they are doing???
