Downgraded me without my request

So its a Saturday, and im trying to download but notice my internet is super slow.

I phone SAOL, who works with Cybersmart and is their sister company, and ask them whats up.

They tell me my line was downgraded from a 10meg line to a 1meg line yesterday.

They cant tell me who requested it (i sure as know it wasnt me) and they said they will request for my line to be upgraded to a 10meg line again but it will only be done in the week as Telkom has to send a technician over.

So i am stuck with slow internet the whole weekend coz of them???

Poor poor i am very disappointed with you guys!!!
