Problem restarts as soon as log is closed

After attempting for about 18 months to get poor data connectivity with the speedstick in my area resolved, Cell-C finally last week gave me decent reception under Ref 309 030 353.
This lasted for a few days, they contacted me, and I closed the log with them.
Guess what - the situation IMMEDIATELY reverted to lousy connectivity and I've had no response to email trying to raise the issue again.
