Cybersmart
10meg uncapped so slow. Can't download 8meg file!

I have a so called 10meg uncapped line from Cybersmart. I've been complaining to them for months about the slow speeds. At the moment I can't download an 8meg file without it timing out repeatedly. This is the usual level of service. They seem unwilling and/or unable to sort it out.
