Made me feel like a for reporting true errors

I was looking for accommodation and was referred to this web site Gordons bay tourist and accommodation center. I browsed the page and sruggled to open photographs and got error messages eager to see them, so I tried the next day to see if it was not my server instead.. I asked my friend who referred this pathetic site to log me on instead and still experienced the same errors on the site. I then emailed this ''business person'' for a quotation and all I get in return is a sarcastic reply and no accommodation.

I went on the site again and still found the same problems, I would not complain about non sense and really did not like when she replied this'' Megan, I am VERY concerned re your telling me that you cannot see photographs on my [URL Removed]
This [URL Removed] has been up and running for 15 years with absolutely NO problems whatsoever. We are not doing any work on it at present?
I have been onto it to test it about 20 times today to try and see what you are saying?
I also asked friends and family to check and go onto my [URL Removed]
I also got hold of my computer fundi to check it out. He tells me there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with it? Are you sure you understand how it works?
