Lack of progress on fraudlent account & harassment

Over 1 year ago, my son started receiving an MTN account although he never opened one. Almost immediately I advised MTN personally at their CS centre in Summit Road to close off the account and investigate as it seemed suspicious and, possibly opened using my son's details. Amount at the stage was about R2500 rand. I was assured on the spot that it was closed which was not done! The MTN bill is now around R7000 - MTN did not close off as I have had VVM on my back again last week with claims of my son now owing a new amount that was now around R7000. This is utterly disgraceful as I as a good citizen in fact started the process of notifying MTN about the account 1 year ago and now still battle with harassment. VVM was given, an affidavit from my son swearing under oath that he has not and never has had an MTN account, supplied VVM with specimen signatures so that the signatures can be compared and verified. I personally and physically received written confirmation from Rosina Motsumi at VVM on 23rd March 2012 that the specific account had been put
