I requested you close an account I had been paying as I wanted to upgrade and couldn't. Despite repeated requests you didn't close the account. I therefore ceased paying and using it and opened another with your company of far higher value. You then handed the old account for R2500 to MBD for collection who according to them have no contact with yourselves and are merely a debt collection agency.

I am paying the R2500 now thanks to ongoing harassment from MBD. I am then closing my account with you and moving to a new service provider.
