I applied for a contact with Cell C in the towards the end of May 2013, I got the phone and everything was fine. But a few days later, I saw that there were extra charges on my account. So I called Cell C customer care and they advised me that the number I am using has been recycled so it previously belonged to someone else and that person was subscribed to a porn site. Then they gave me a number to call and cancel the subscription of which I did, then the lady I spoke to said that she will log a query and funds will be reversed. All this was done on the 27th May 2013 and I got a reference number: 3052701498. Today which is the 19th June 2013 I checked my statement and saw that the funds haven't been reversed as yet, so I called Cell C and spoke to Andrea and she told me that I should wait for Cell C to come back to me and that there is nothing she can do. So my problem is that I am suppose to be making payments on the 25th, and I do not want to pay that extra charge that I had nothing to do with, and why does Cell C take a month to solve a query. This is very unprofessional and I am very unhappy.
