Please can you tell me why these were not closed in November and which one is closed. I closed both lines and every response you talk about the line. there were 2 lines.
If you want me to settle this then send me the proper account details and closure dates etc of both the end of contract lines I had and reopen the sims I have running. These were R500 packages so how can it be the amount you are saying unless it is for all 5 lines that is outstanding. Please contact me by email in future.
