After submitting an application for a simple domain and hosting package last week Wednesday 25 Sept I called on Friday 27 September and was promised that I would have my FTP details within an hour... two hours later I called back only to be told it would be close of business... needless to say I called back on Monday and was then told that they were busy with it and it would definitely be processed by close of business once again.
Then I received an email highlighting that a document was outstanding! After all the promises that the application was almost done it turn out they had indeed done nothing since last week Wednesday!
Then after submitting the documentation I was told that although it was going to take another 48 hours they would expedite it based on the fact that the application was submitted the week before. Since then I have called back numerous times, spoken to supervisors, emailed... and as at today's date Friday 4 October I STILL have no domain details.
SHOCKING!!
