WHY DO YOU DO THIS MIRA? WHY?

The Mira Network have been taking airtime from my number for the last FOUR MONTHS!!! This action was never authorized by me or anyone in my family. Because of them I never have any airtime for myself. Why are they doing this??? and who is allowing for them to get away with this??? This is a criminal offence and the community need to take action as the comments I have read show that I am not the only one that this is happening too!!!
