I submitted a online application for finance on Friday morning, i was then advised to email my documentation as i explained that this was an urgent sale as the seller was leaving the country. I was told to call back in an hour to follow up, which i did all day on Friday as i was told a marketing consultant was working on it. Eventually i called and was told by Johanna that actually all the marketers are on training and they never received my documentation can i please resend, which id did. She promised to call back by the end of business on Friday. At 4:30 i called the call center again and was told she is on a call she will call me back. Saturday morning i again had to call and was told after sending my documentation 3 times they still don't have it. I called Johanna again this morning, she is apparently on training today and left a message for the manager Marietta to call me 40 minutes ago!!! DOES FNB NOT WANT CLIENTS???
