Re-advance taking longer than promised

I applied for a re-advance on my home loan last week wednesday, when they told me the loan will take up to 3 business days to be approved. The next day a guy from FNB Rishan phoned me to mail my ID and Payslip, which I then emailed immediately. Today (Tuesday) I haven't heard anything, so I phoned to find out how far along my application is because it has been more than 4 business days after submitting the forms. They told me that my payslip was only submitted today. Hence, the application will only be approved 3 business days from today.

So my question is to Rishan Kulfath, what did you do with my payslip and ID for 4 days without submitting it? Did it ever occur to you that I need the loan urgently?
