MY SERVICE HAS BEEN DOWN 6 TIMES IN 2 MONTHS. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TRACK THE CURRENT NETWORK OUTAGE THAT HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR 4 DAYS NOW. I RUN A HOME OFFICE AND IT HAS SUBSEQUENTLY INCURRED A LOSS OF INCOME. I ALSO CANNOT CALL THE 10120 LINE FREE OF CHARGE AS THE WHOLE TELKOM LINE IS DOWN. I AM SICK OF HAVING TO GO TO EXTRA EXPENSES EVERY SECOND WEEK TO STOP FROM LOOSING INCOME BECAUSE OF THE LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE IN THIS COMPANY. THEY TREAT THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS BADLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE MONOPOLY
