Telkom - I urge you to respond this time!

In response to my previous complaint on hello peter the 23 Jan 2013 "7 months and still waiting" and that one is still unanswered.

It must be so good to have the whole monopoly and not care about customer service... I urge you to come back to me with regards to my order ASAP. 7 months is really unacceptable, even for Telkom. Order no. 58689330.

One part Telkom says copper and they refused to re-install my line... If they copper install fiber lines, im sure having the monopoly means your coffers are filled to the brim so installing fiber is the way is it not? Majority of your current networks can hardly run 4meg let alone 10 - 20 meg...

Then other Telkom people say they're waiting for some other Telkom people to give confirmation of my order... Where does this communication gap come in?

So much for the tax payers trying to get a "simple" service from Telkom. I'm awaiting a generic reply as it seems that what you guys do and nothing happens further and asking questions gets you nowhere as the only response will be generic.

Honestly disgusting to think that this is the way a company operates and continues to operate regardless of the countless negative feedback!
