Telkom, once again lets me down

I have been waiting for a whole month now for Telkom to come and open my ADSL line at home.
I phoned a week before we moved in order for them to get things ready for the transition of us moving homes.
My Fiancee runs a business from home and for us not to have internet for this long is a disgrace. Not only does it look bad on our business as we are unable to communicate via email but we are also unable to get quotes etc off to our clients, thus resulting in a loss of income! I am also still being billed for an internet connection with MWEB, even though it is not there fault that our line hasn't been opened. I am shocked and appalled by the level of service i have received, my order has apparently been pushed to "High importance" twice.
What is it going to take to get my line opened at home??? How long is this going to take??? I actually cant be asked to be on the phone to another call centre agent who has no clue what is going on! i have phoned Telkom just about every day for the last 25 days. What more can i do to get my problem sorted out?
