Nokia phone in for software repairs 3 weeks

Hello Peter
I sent my Nokia in for a software problem and its now 3 weeks and I'm still waiting if I phone no one can help me. The day i handed my cell phone in I told them I 'm moving to Kroonstad the end of September I still waiting.
