HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY INTERNET FIXED

My internet is offline for 6 days now. If been calling the call center eversince and keep holding for 1hour and 15 min in working hours and still do not get through because the consultants is still busy. How is this possible. My internet doesn't want to work. How long do I need to wait to get it fixed. There is no branch in Carletonville so I do not know where to get help any more. PLEASE PHONE ME I CAN NOT BE WITHOUT INTERNET.
