Sunday I decided to get myself a galaxy Note 3 and Eita had the best deal. I submitted every thing and was advised that the application will be sent through for approval as I can only take it on contract. The service was great to a point were I was advised that I will receive a call within 24 hours. Guess what its more than 48 Hours still no call even just to advice if it was declined... nada. I also took the initiative to call the store and was advised that its the wrong store and a message will be sent to the correct one. I really do not understand why is should bag to be a customer. Vodacom and Cell C can teach you a thing or two. I am really unhappy all I ask is feedback declined or approved? You have all my details which scares me more...
