I am a very frustrated and disappointed client. I have been a supporting client of MTN ever since I have left school and I am now 38 yrs of age. I got a new Blackberry 9360 for my daughter on her upgrade about 3 months ago cause I waited a month for it to be repaired This is a brand new phone which the battery got so hot it wanted to explode and it rebooted permanently I drove from Empangeni to Richards Bay to send the phone away for repairs. I waited 3 weeks plus and when I started phoning around yesterday or the day before I was told but the phone was back at the Rbay branch since the 14.09.2013 and NOBODY even contacted us to advise us. I fetched it today and plugged it in and guess what it has rebooted for the 20th time and if it does go on it gets stuck on the 1st page and then reboots again. I have now been paying for a phone on contract which I CANT use. I have no means of contacting the Rbay office cause apparently they do not have phones!!! So how are we going to solve this matter??? I CANNOT travel up and down to Rbay because this phone that was replaced ALSO does not work. Guys I have paid thousands of rands to MTN over the years I would like URGENT reply. Verona
