I received my brandnew Blackberry 9790 from Randfontein branch 16/03/2013. The phone started giving problems on 04/04/2013, this phone was taken back, only 3 weeks later - and parts had to be replaced... apparently they had to install a new antenna... which took 3 weeks. I was advised that I could fetch my phone 26 April.
I went to Vodacom Randfontein, the gave me the phone, I switched it on, it rebooted itself. put in my details and again the phone rebooted itself. We tried this like four times and the people from the Vodashop told me that the phone will have to be returned...
A BRAND NEW PHONE, RECEIVED THE 16TH MARCH 2013, TAKEN BACK 7TH APRIL, RECEIVED 26TH APRIL AND RETURNED ON SAME DATE!!!
UNACCEPTABLE.
I WANT A NEW PHONE!!!
