I have a Blackberry 9360 Curve on contract with MTN. This is a top up 100 package This is my second contract with MTN and I have had no problems with my network until now. Roughly two months, or less, ago my phone started becoming troublesome. I sent the phone to MTN and they booked it in for repairs. This was at the branch at Danmar Centre, Chatsworth, now moved to the Pick n Pay Centre, Chatsworth. They soon sent me back what looked like a new 9360. I took this phone home and it began restarting on its own for a few hours, until I removed the battery. I sent the replacement phone back and it was replaced with another apparently new 9360 which did exactly the same thing. I sent that back and yet again, accompanied by a letter of frustration and it was replaced with a phone which restarted continuously again, but this time it was accompanied with a two page printout of all the tests that the phone passed at wherever MTN does their so called repairs. Two staff at the MTN store witnessed and agreed that the phone is unusable even thought the tests say otherwise. My work has been far from efficient without my smart phone. MTN has wasted my time, frustrated me and offended me enough.
