The worst phone ever made: Blackberry

I have purchased my Blackberry that is under a year old& still under warranty, I went to the Vodashop that I purchased my phone from and they advised me that I need to go to a voda care shop. My blackberry just stared wiping all information of my phone as of a few weeks ago, it just reboots itself every time I charge it and want to do something with my phone, yesterday I was unable to use my phone because it constantly rebooted the phone and the chance that it eventually came on it gave me the option of wiping out all my data and did not want to do anything else. This is my3rdBB &I am completely and utterly disappointed and disgusted with this phone! BB is by far the worst make that has ever came out with a phone that I have owned, I'm sure that I am not the 1st person with this complaint as every person that I know has some issue with BB. Please advise me if you can assist me, I do not mind even cancelling my contract if that is possible! The worst part is when my previous BB went for repairs I waited 2 weeks for a phone that made no difference and they don't even give you a courtesy phone. I strongly believe they should stop wasting peoples time and money with this phone.
