UPGRADE OF CONTRACT

I visited the Telkom Mobile Office (Phoenix Plaza) on 15 Sep for an upgrade. I was told to come back after 20th Sep as their Spring promo started then. I went in on 21 Sep & was told to come back on the 30th becaue my contract date was the 1st of the month. I went in on 29 Sep & signed the form, only to be told I would received feedback the next day i.e. 30 Sep via phone, which never happened. Yesterday, I find that my service has been terminated. I have tried calling the store to no avail & demand an explanation for this shoddy customer service. I am only available on email : [Email Removed] Needless to say, payments are done via debit order each month & I have NEVER had an adverse payment history so why should I be treated this way for something I have paid for & was even willing to continue the business relationship. I am appalled by the lack of common courtesy & professionality displayed here.
